ORDERING
Orders received by 4 pm on the prior day are always appreciated, but we specialize in accommodating same day orders.  Advanced notice may be necessary for some menu items.  Online orders will be given first priority.

DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for all orders over $75 within our normal delivery area.  Orders under $75 will be subject to a $10 surcharge.  Orders outside of our standard delivery radius may be subject to a delivery charge. 

CANCELLATION
24-hour notice is requested for order cancellations.  For events cancelled within 24 hours, the customer may be responsible for unrecoverable expenses.

TAXES
All costs are subject to applicable State sales tax.  To be eligible for tax-exempt status we require that copies of your organization’s ST-2 Certificate of Exemption and ST- 5 Sales Tax Exempt Purchaser Certificate be kept on file.

PAYMENT
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, cash and check are accepted.  All customers are encouraged to open a House Account and enroll in the Catering Rewards Program with Pressed Sandwiches and the Carving Station.  As the catering manager for details.

PRICES
Menu prices are subject to change. Our staff will make every effort to communicate price changes. 

PAPER GOODS
Paper goods are included in every order. We do our best to be green by using Earthshell products, which biodegrade one month after use and Ecotainer products made of 100 percent annually renewable resources.  The Carving Station has also donated a BigBelly solar trash compactor to the city of Boston to contribute to fuel economies and the local anti-litter efforts.
